Since every wedding is unique, I customize a package of hours that most suites your needs.

Wedding Day Direction:

Additional travel fees apply to events held outside of the Atlanta Metro Area

• On-site meeting, attended by facility representative and other key vendors. 

• One month consultation meeting, when all specific details of the day are discussed.  This three to four hour meeting recaps the instructions provided to vendors and reviews what decisions or actions need to be completed over the next few weeks. 

• Contact of all vendors, to confirm they understand the expectations of the client and have all necessary information and equipment to fulfill their duties. 

• Attend and conduct (if necessary) the wedding rehearsal. 

• A detailed itinerary is created, outlining the set-up of your wedding and reception venue, timing of all events, and contact information for key players.  Vendor specific information is then distributed to all involved. 

• Arrive at ceremony site prior to the beginning of pictures.  Confirmation that all floral and rental décor has arrived and positioned correctly.  Organize bridal party, distribute personal flowers and prepare for a timely start. 

• Place personal wedding items (such as guest book, place cards, favors, toasting flutes, knife and server) in their planned location.

• On-site throughout the event to ensure the details of the event are carried out as planned.  Make appropriate adjustments based on the wishes of the Couple and their family, with the guidance of the professional they have hired.  

• At the end of the event, collect all personal items and review with person designated to take care of them.  Distribute final payments to vendors, as needed.   

Additional Consulting:

• Research vendors equal to your expectations and budget.
• Attend meetings of prospective or booked vendors, to learn parameters and prevent future difficulties. 
• Establish a personal timeline and provide information to meet those goals. 
• Provide guidance on those unique touches that personalize your event.
